Because of this we cannot guarantee our usual turnaround or provide absolute dates for enquiries received. Rest assured if you place an order it will be made and delivered to you as soon as possible. At this time our couriers Royal Mail are still playing catch up from the masses of post in 2020. Please allow some extra days to the normal turnaround once your order is confirmed as finished processing by us.
When you are able to come back into our premises in Eastwood, we will require you to wear a mask at this time (updated Jan 2021), and to adhere to social distancing with our staff and other customers. We will allow up to three customers in the shop at one time while we are running as a take away service only.
All staff were instructed to carry out a Covid test before they returned to work on 6th Jan 2021. All staff were negative, and will now continue to be tested on a monthly basis.
We will then continue to have monthly tests carried out on all staff to ensure the safety of the food we are making and posting out to you, this is also alongside daily temperature checks of our staff.
