- 40g porridge oats
- 150ml unsweetened almond milk
- Coconut yoghurt alternative 20g
- Coconut milk – tesco free from used – 20ml
- 2 hazelnuts crushed
- 1/2 tsp agave syrup or maple syrup
Cheeky vegan style breakfast after my personal training session today.
You will need to prepare this the night before.
Place the oats in a glass jar, like in photo, add almond milk and blueberries, mix together, then chill that part overnight.
Next morning, mix the yoghurt with the coconut milk.
Top the oats with sliced strawberries, then a layer of agave or maple syrup, and finally the coconut yoghurt mix and top with the hazelnuts.
