Mango & Passion Fruit Fool

Serves 4


  • 1 Ripe Mango
  • 130g 0% Total Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup or Agave Syrup
  • 2 Passion Fruits


  1. Peel and chop the mango, then blend in mixer to a puree. 
  2. Mix in the yoghurt by hand, then add the syrup and seeds from one passion fruit. 
  3. Pour into shot glasses, chill for 3/4 hrs. 
  4. Serve topped with seeds from the other passion fruit and sprig of fresh mint.
