- 1 Ripe Mango
- 130g 0% Total Greek Yoghurt
- 2 tsp Maple Syrup or Agave Syrup
- 2 Passion Fruits
- Peel and chop the mango, then blend in mixer to a puree.
- Mix in the yoghurt by hand, then add the syrup and seeds from one passion fruit.
- Pour into shot glasses, chill for 3/4 hrs.
- Serve topped with seeds from the other passion fruit and sprig of fresh mint.
