Triple Decker Club Sandwich

Serves 1


Ingredients:

  • 50g mushrooms sliced
  • 4 bacon medallions
  • 1.2 tsp BBQ sauce
  • 2g reduced sugar/salt ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 3 slices of wholemeal nimble bread 


Method:
 
Fry the mushrooms in non stick frying pan.

Grill the bacon medallions for a couple of minutes each side.

Spread the mustard on one piece of bread, and then the ketchup and bbq sauce on the others.

Layer up the salad, bacon and mushrooms.
