Ingredients:
- 150g Spinach
- 3 Bacon medallions
- 100 g Button mushrooms
- 1 egg fried
- balsamic sauce

Directions:
Place spinach into bowl.
Grill the bacon medallions, then chop up into smaller pieces.
Fry the mushrooms in a little water, then add an egg and fry.
Add the bacon, mushroom and egg to the bowl of spinach.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
