Ingredients:
- 2 slices hovis seed sensation bread
- 1/2 tsp butter
- 4 slices of wafer thin applewood ham
- 15g Gruyere cheese
Method:
Butter outer sides of bread.
Put filling inside the dry sides, and then cook on a george foreman or sandwich maker.
Served with strawberries, cucumber slices and a 125ml glass of dry white wine.
