- 2 slices of tiger bread from 400g loaf
- 100g spinach
- 30g pot of light Philadelphia cheese
- 60g mushroom
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 30ml water
Slice the mushrooms, and cook in a little soy sauce.
Add the spinach once mushrooms cook so it just wilts, take off the heat.
Toast the bread.
Spread philadelphia cheese on the toast, add the spinach and then the mushrooms.
