Scrambled Egg on Crumpets


  • Serves 1


  • 1 egg beaten
  • 30ml skimmed milk
  • 2 Crumpets
  • 1/2 tsp butter
  • Sprinkle of dried parsley

Scrambled Egg on Crumpets

Mix the eggs with the milk, microwave for 1 min, take out and stir, then heat for 15 secs at a time until creamy. In the meantime cook the crumpets ready for the egg. Topped the crumpets with the egg and sprinkle with parsley.
