- 3 peaches – sliced
- 4 tsp maple syrup
- 100g coconut collaborative yoghurt
- 80ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp canderel
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 30ml boiling water
Slice the peaches, removing the stones.
Add the maple syrup, canderel and 30ml of boiling water to a frying pan and cook until it starts to bubble.
Add the peach slices and cook for 5 mins on low, glazing the slices. You may have to add more water if starts to dry out.
In a small bowl mix the yoghurt and almond milk to make it thinner.
Spoon the peaches between two bowls, pour the frying pan liquid over them.
Top with the yoghurt mixture, sprinkle of mixed seeds/nut and sprinkle of cinnamon
