- Makes 12 bars
- 120g porridge oats
- 150ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 13g desiccated coconut
- 3 handfuls of frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp coconut palm sugar – for top
- 1/2 tsp Salted caramel flavouring
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 190c.
Mix all ingredients apart from the sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Pour into a silicone square baking tin, top with the coconut sugar.
Cook for 25/30mins, or until firm to the touch.
Take out and let it cool, before cutting into bar shapes.
I managed to cut 12 good size bars. Good for any meal, and handy snacks to take out with you.
