  • 40g porridge oats – made with water
  • 1 tbsp greek 0% yoghurt
  • 30g portion of frozen berry mix
  • 1 tsp agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 5g seed, berry, nut mix

It’s the simple things in life that are the best sometimes.

Cook the porridge in water on the shove.

Heat the frozen fruits in a saucepan or microwave.

Top the porridge with the Greek yoghurt, then the fruit, and finally the seeds mix and agave or maple syrup.
