- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 2 bacon medallions
- 1 Tesco multi grain rye flatbread
- 5g dark chocolate coated sunflower seeds
- 15g honey Greek yoghurt – Rachels organic used
- handful of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
Grill the bacon until cooked
Toast the flatbread for 2 minutes
Slice the cherry tomatoes and add the bacon and tomatoes to the flatbread.
Chop the fruit into chunks, add the yoghurt and sunflower seeds
Serve. Great for breakfast, lunch or a snack.
