- 1 x sachet of Highlights Caramel chocolate powder
- 5g mini marshmallows
- 1 square of dark chocolate – grate this up and I used a tiny sprinkle
- 15g anchor light spray cream
- 100ml skimmed milk – heated up
- 100ml boiled water
Mix the milk and water together and then add the powder to a heat resistant glass or mug, add the milk mixture and stir it up.
Add the marshmallows on top and then spray the cream – I sat my glass on top of my scales at this time and sprayed until it showed 15g used, then sprinkle dark chocolate grates on top.
