- Portion of my homemade courgette bread – 100g
- Portion of my homemade passatta – 2 tbsp
- 20g Vegan Cheese
- Mixed salad
- Balsamic Glaze
Preheat the grill.
Slice bread into three thin pieces. Grill one side of the bread, then take out, and on the uncooked side, top with passatta and then the vegan cheese, and grill for approx 4 mins or until cheese has melted.
Serve with a zero point mixed salad and halved strawberries, topped with balsamic glaze.
