Chocolate Rice Cakes with Yoghurt & Fruit


Ingredients:

  • 12g chocolate/coconut rice cake – two rice cakes
  • 1tbsp total 0% yoghurt
  • 7 Raspberries
  • 7 Blueberries
  • 1tsp agave nectar or maple syrup
  • 2 walnut halves chopped on each


Method:

  1. Spread the greek yoghurt on top of the plain side of rice cake.
  2. Top with fruit, squeeze of agave nectar or maple syrup and crumble a walnut on each one.
