Ingredients:
- 12g chocolate/coconut rice cake – two rice cakes
- 1tbsp total 0% yoghurt
- 7 Raspberries
- 7 Blueberries
- 1tsp agave nectar or maple syrup
- 2 walnut halves chopped on each
Method:
- Spread the greek yoghurt on top of the plain side of rice cake.
- Top with fruit, squeeze of agave nectar or maple syrup and crumble a walnut on each one.
