Ingredients for what is in the photo :
- 3 x rashers of unsmoked back bacon
- 2 x strawberries sliced
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 slice of granary bread
- 1/2 tsp balsamic glaze

Directions:
Cook the bacon under a hot grill, toast the bread, spread with the butter and then place a layer of strawberries on top, then the bacon and squeeze some balsamic glaze across to finish
